While at home, relax in the classic charm of this 1920 San Antonio craftsman home mixed with modern style and conveniences to create a fun, welcoming retreat for your vacation.

The home is in Mahncke Park, a wonderful and safe family community that is close to everything, and borders the exclusive Alamo Heights and Terrell Hills neighborhoods. Our zoo theme will delight the whole family!

Escape into the jungle-like backyard for outdoor fun all year, with outdoor seating and even a heated small lounge pool! (This is smaller than a pool but larger than a spa.) Our garage has a dartboard, refrigerator, a poker tabletop and a small gathering spot for more fun outdoors.

The spacious living room has room for the whole family, and our dining room table is big enough for 8 people. We have a classic mid-century modern bar as well. We have games on hand for you to enjoy.

The full-sized kitchen with island includes all items you need, from cookware, utensils, a blender, a coffee maker, coffee and much more.

The bedrooms include TVs and plenty of pillows, blankets and accessories, such as a sleep machine, to keep you comfortable.

* We provide travel-sized shampoo, soap and conditioner; dish soap; laundry soap; toilet paper; and one roll of paper towels.
* Our coffee maker is a regular coffee maker with a coffee pot. We provide coffee! Our kitchen includes a gas stove and all of the pots, pans and utensils you need to cook! We have a blender, wine glasses, and more.
* We have wifi, a smart-tv in the living room and all bedrooms, and an alarm system if you wish to use it.
* We have a pack-n-play and a high chair available to use.
* We also provide a Gas Grill BBQ pit in the backyard, and an outdoor propane heater!

We are next door to one of the best BBQ places in the south: The Smoke Shack. If you don't feel like cooking, pop next door! Their outdoor area, The PigPen, is now open again and is super fun if you want to walk over there and enjoy the delicious brisket nachos and beer, and they have a playground! The PigPen brunch on Sundays is the best! Cappy's is also close by and has a delicious upscale brunch.

We supply sleep machines if you wish to use them, so you will always sleep soundly! Our first guests said they slept better than they have in a long time!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
